Founded in 1989 in Union, South Carolina, Iris Incorporated is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, families, and communities through education, leadership development, and access to opportunity. For more than three decades, Iris Incorporated has served as a trusted pillar in Union County—creating programs that inspire confidence, promote academic achievement, and prepare individuals for long-term success.
Rooted in a legacy of service, Iris Incorporated was established to address gaps in education, career exposure, and personal development for underserved populations. Since its founding, the organization has remained committed to equity, excellence, and empowerment, offering impactful initiatives that support students from early development through young adulthood.
